These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AgentNex AI's Agenco OS ("the Service", "we", "our", "us"). By creating an account, connecting a social media platform such as TikTok, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Agenco OS is an AI-powered marketing platform that helps businesses plan, generate, schedule, and publish marketing content across digital channels, including TikTok, using officially supported APIs (such as TikTok's Content Posting API and Login Kit).

2. Account Connection and Authorization

  • To use TikTok-related features, you must connect your TikTok account through TikTok's official OAuth authorization flow
  • By authorizing the connection, you grant our platform permission to publish content to your TikTok account only as instructed or approved by you
  • You may revoke this authorization at any time within Agenco OS or directly through your TikTok account settings

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • Provide accurate account and business information
  • Only publish content that you have the rights to use and that complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
  • Not use the Service to post spam, misleading, illegal, or infringing content
  • Remain responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before it is published to your account

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions, scripts, captions, and hashtags. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, performance, or outcome of any AI-generated content.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or third-party platform's terms of service
  • Publish content that is harmful, deceptive, or violates intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or API usage policies of connected platforms
  • Use automated means to abuse or manipulate engagement metrics

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features that depend on third-party APIs (such as TikTok's Content Posting API) are subject to the availability, rate limits, and policies of those third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentNex AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any account restrictions or content removal by third-party platforms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
