AgentNex AI ("we", "our", "us"), through its Agenco OS platform, provides an AI-powered marketing platform that helps businesses create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms, including TikTok. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you connect your TikTok account to Agenco OS, we collect the following information through TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API, with your explicit authorization:

  • Basic profile information (display name, profile picture, TikTok user ID)
  • Authorization tokens (access token and refresh token) required to publish content on your behalf
  • Content you choose to publish through our platform (video files, captions, hashtags)
  • Publishing status and basic performance metrics returned by TikTok's API (such as post status, views, likes, shares)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate your TikTok account and maintain your connection to our platform
  • To publish or schedule video content to your TikTok account, only when you initiate or approve the action
  • To display performance analytics within your KAMS-AI dashboard
  • To improve our AI content generation and recommendation features

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your TikTok data for advertising purposes outside of the services you request.

3. How We Share Information

We do not share your TikTok account data with third parties, except:

  • With TikTok itself, as required to operate the Content Posting API and Login Kit
  • When required by law or to comply with a legal process
  • With service providers who help us operate our infrastructure (e.g. cloud hosting), under strict confidentiality obligations

4. Data Storage and Security

Authorization tokens and content data are stored securely in our database with access restricted to authorized systems and personnel. We use industry-standard measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your TikTok authorization tokens and related data for as long as your account remains connected to our platform. If you disconnect your TikTok account or request deletion, we will remove your stored TikTok credentials and associated data within 30 days.

6. Your Rights and Choices

  • You may disconnect your TikTok account from Agenco OS at any time, either within our platform or directly through your TikTok account settings (Settings → Apps and Websites)
  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us
  • Revoking authorization will immediately stop our platform from publishing content on your behalf

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
